With an affordable $23,950 starting MSRP and up to 38 EPA-estimated mpg, the 2021 Sonata not only looks good, but makes you one smart consumer. And, if you want more power, the all-new race-inspired Sonata N-Line delivers with a brawny 290-hp turbocharged engine and 19-inch alloy wheels.

Bold Power Options

The 2021 Hyundai Sonata SE, SEL, SEL Plus, and Limited trim levels are equipped with a Turbocharged 4- cylinder engine that provides 180 horsepower and 195 lb-ft of torque. They are paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission, a front-wheel drive powertrain, and the Hyundai Drive Mode Select system that allows drivers to customize their ride by choosing between Eco and Sport modes.

The all-new Sonata model N-Line kicks the power up a notch with a 290-horsepower turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that provides 311 lb-ft of torque and a more thrilling ride with its N 8-Speed Wet Dual Clutch transmission w/ paddle shifters for more driver control. The N-Line also steps up the performance and style with 19-inch alloy wheels.

For better fuel economy, the Sonata adds three hybrid choices—the Hybrid Blue, Hybrid SEL, and Hybrid Limited models. All three come with a 192-hp gas/electric combined powertrain that gets up to an EPA-estimated 50 city/54 highway/52 combined mpg. Each trim also offers various standard and available features.
